Our contact form collects your Name, E-Mail Address, Phone Number, Purpose for Contacting Us, and Your Message, to be sent through our email handling program. Once your question or comment has been answered we will store the information indefinitely or until you request that we delete it.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue. If you send us an email through our email form, your contact information and comments you make are kept indefinitely or until you request that we delete it.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Any personally identifiable information collected in the course of email contact with Studio902 Web Solutions which is stored within our corporate network is protected by strong password generation and encryption so that unauthorized users cannot gain access to it. Any data saved on local computers is protected by a double firewall which prevents port sniffing and access from outside sources.
